Scrieți funcția care are antetul:
int SecvSumS(vector<int> &a, int s)
Funcția va returna lungimea minimă a unei secvențe nevide din a
care are suma egală cu s
. Dacă nu există nicio secvență de sumă s
funcția va returna valoarea -1
.
